General Body
The General Body comprised of members is convened annually, preferably in the beginning of the year, presided over by a President elected from among the members present. The notice of convocation of the General Body meeting, after the decision of the Executive Committee, will be sent to the members of the association either by electronic mail or by postal mail, at least three weeks before the date of the meeting. The notice will be accompanied by an agenda, where possible, with explanatory notes on the agenda items.
The General Body is the directing organ of the Association. As such it shall study and take all necessary decisions on the formation of the Executive Committee and on the programme and budget.
Executive Committee
The Executive Committee is the functioning organ of the Association and shall operate within the directives of the General Body. It shall consist of up to ten members present and elected by the General body for a term of two years. Thereafter, the President shall nominate from the Executive Committee members, the Officers of the Association for adoption by the AGM. At the AGM held at New Delhi in February 2024, the following composition of the Executive Committee was unanimously adopted.

Finance
The activities of the Association shall be financed by
a. Enrolment fee determined by the Executive Committee
b. Contributions, donations, gifts and bequests accepted by the Executive Committee
c. Interest on investments.
